How Do I Place An Order?
You will have the option to choose the hoodie colour and print colour before adding it to the basket.
Please leave the Arabic and English name you require on the notes section when you open the cart.
Please note, if the name is not provided in Arabic, we will use the website imuslim.name or Google Translate to get the Arabic spelling and we will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes.
Payment & Shipping
Once payment has been received, the item will be processed within 3-5 working days, once processed, the order will be dispatched via Royal Mail which will take 2-3 working days for delivery.
We will provide you with tracking details so
you can track the parcel.
Please note, we will not cancel/refund any orders that are delayed due to reasons beyond our control once shipped. With the current pandemic, delivery may take longer than usual.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
You have the option to pay with PayPal for a smooth and secure transaction.
If you do not have PayPal, you can pay via Credit/Debit Card through Shopify.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised item are non-refundable/returnable unless the mistake was made by us.
Please ensure all the sizes and colour are correctly chosen before placing an order to avoid dissatisfaction
Please note, if you wish to cancel the order, this will need to be done within 12 hours before the order goes into production.
